Sufi Whirling and Gurdjieff Dances Workshop

We are happy to announce the next Sufi Whirling Workshop facilitated by Zia Nath.

10 am to 12 pm – Beginners Batch
12:15 pm to 2:00 pm – Advance Batch.
Fees:
Rs. 900/- for each batch.
2 batches together, fees Rs. 1600/-

– Participants can do both batches of beginners and advance together or either one. To attend the advance batch, you need to have done the beginner’s batch atleast once before.
– The workshop is a design of centering exercises & Gurdjieff Movements for preparation and inner stillness. After this we move towards the Sufi Whirling meditation. The same design will be followed in both classes appropriate for the respective level of each class.
