This is a 4 day intensive of Sacred Dances, exploring and deepening the practice of Gurdjieff Movements, Sufi Whirling, Centering exercises, Zikhr in sound and movement, silent sitting, practicing stillness.
Aashiyana Resort at Candolim is a luxury villa guest hotel at the sea shore of Candolim – a beautiful fishing village of Goa, with a quiet beach sprawled with lazy shacks and coconut trees. Aashiyana Resort boasts of a guest list that welcomes royalty from Europe and offers the best in healthy gourmet food and hospitality. They have a Yoga Pavillion that will be offered for this workshop and a tea garden that will serve us morning and evening tea. Lunch is available at Aashiyana for participants of the workshop.
There are many beautiful home stays and cozy hotels available walking distance from Aashiyana for accomodation.

Fees: Rs 12,000/- for the entire workshop. Lunch is Rs. 400 extra per day – it includes morning and eve tea and snacka nd a healthy Vegetarian lunch.
