Sufi Dance, Art and Poetry

Sufi Dance, Art and Poetry is a workshop of immersing oneself into the art and heart of sufi experience. We explore this through Sufi Whirling, Mandala Painting and Zen Haikus. The art is to lighten ourselves of collected experiences and immpressions and allow our heart to guide us through the dance, the colours and our expression. From many to one, from noise to silence, from movement to stillness and from our periphery to our centre.

All the material for dance, art and poetry will be provided.
Samskara Wellness will offer healthy refreshments and delicious organic snacks during the workshop.

Fees: Rs. 2,500/- (inclusive of workshop, organic refreshments and snacks, supplies for mandala painting and zen haiku writing)
