Sacred Gymnastics, A Weekend Intensive Workshop

The practice of sacred dances & centering exercises from ancient sufi and esoteric traditions is a deep process of inner transformation. We discover how we operate in the world around us,as our dances mirror our conditioned patterns. We find balance with our inner compass as stillness becomes the ground for movement.

The workshop fine tunes our body awareness and Somatic Intelligence with the practice Gurdjieff Sacred Movements and Sufi Whirling.
