Whirling Mandala^® founded by Zia Nath, are whirling dances inspired by ancient gypsies,ghumrao and sufi traditions. The Whirling Dervish meditation and Gurdieff Sacred Movements (centering movements for meditation) works our spiritual muscles and brings resiliency to our perceptions. In the dances, we find stillness. We maintain balance with our inner compass. We move inward for transformation.
