– beginners & advance
– 21 yrs & older
– no prior dance experience needed

Pls carry with you:

– yoga mat
– water
– thick socks for whirling on smooth floor & soft shoes for whirling on slightly rough floor (open terrace).

PLS ENSURE:

– to eat a healthy meal 45 min before the workshop.
– Do not be on an empty stomach or a full stomach
– acidic stomach is not good for whirling.
– no alcohol before or after whirling, it will make you sick.
